At Waforia, we want every order to arrive as perfectly as it left our bakery — fresh, safe, and ready to enjoy. Below are details on how we handle, ship, and deliver your chocolate wafer cookies and biscuit bars.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped, including tracking details.

Please note: during high-volume periods (like holidays or promotions), processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We currently ship within the continental United States using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Midwest / East Coast 2–5 business days
South / West Coast 3–7 business days

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses at this time.

Warm-Weather Shipping

Because Waforia treats contain real chocolate, they can soften or melt in high temperatures.

To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition:

  • We may use insulated packaging during warmer months.

  • Shipments may be held until early in the week to prevent weekend carrier delays.

  • Please bring your package indoors promptly after delivery.

Free Shipping Threshold

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49 USD (after discounts, before taxes).

Orders below this threshold are charged a flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

If you haven’t received your tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us at info@waforia.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll review and, when applicable, issue a replacement or refund.

Shipping Holidays

We observe standard U.S. holidays and do not process or ship orders on:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day
