What is Waforia?

Waforia offers premium European baked treats—wafers, biscuit bars, and crepes—crafted for everyday enjoyment with quality ingredients and balanced flavor.

How are Waforia products sold?

All Waforia products are currently sold online in cases of 6. Each case contains six boxes of same product and flavor.  If you are looking to buy individual boxes, please check the our store locator (in development) or request the specific product at a store near you.

Do you offer mixed cases?

Not at this time. Mixed cases are something we plan to offer in the future.

What ingredients are used in Waforia products?

Waforia products are made with thoughtfully selected ingredients; Non-GMO certified, no artificial flavors or colors, including 100% real chocolate. Specific ingredient lists can be found on each product page.

Are there allergens in Waforia products?

Waforia products contain milk, soy, wheat.  Select items also contain peanuts, hazelnuts. They are produced in a facility that also processes products containing other tree nuts. Please review ingredient lists carefully if you have food allergies.

Are Waforia products gluten-free, vegetarian, kosher, or halal?

At this time, Waforia products are not gluten-free. Also, they are not currently vegan, kosher or halal certified.

Storage & Shelf Life

How should I store Waforia products?

Store Waforia products in a cool, dry place, as indicated on the packaging.  If you want to extend the shelf life of our products, they can be stored in a freezer.

Do Waforia products require refrigeration?

No refrigeration is required under normal conditions. Because our products are made with real European chocolate, additional care may be taken during warmer months to ensure they arrive in good condition.

What is the shelf life of Waforia products?

Waforia products are coded as best by 12 months from the date of production.  Please check the date printed on the package.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO boxes?

Yes, we ship anywhere within the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Returns & Issues

Do you accept returns?

Because Waforia products are fragile food items, we do not accept returns.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

How long do I have to report an issue?

Please notify us of any issues within 7 days of delivery.
